Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations Management
Supervise daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service flow, high customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards. Address and resolve any issues that may arise during service hours. - Team Leadership & Training
Lead, motivate, and train front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer service. Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team performance and morale. - Customer Relations
Act as the primary point of contact for customers during service, handling inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience. - Quality Control & Compliance
Monitor hygiene, health & safety regulations, and service quality standards at all times. Ensure compliance with all relevant licensing, food safety, and company policies. - Inventory & Cost Control
Assist in managing inventory, placing orders, and controlling costs related to front-of-house operations. Work closely with the kitchen and management to maintain efficient supply levels and minimize waste.
