Exceptional customer service skills with a guest-focused approach. Basic wine knowledge; WSET certification is advantageous. Barista and bar experience is a plus. Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude. Working Hours: Full-time position: 40 hours per week across 6 shifts. Part-time position: 20 hours per week across 3 shifts Combination of morning and evening shifts, including Saturdays and holidays.
