Mobile Engineers (Flutter / Native iOS / Android)
Backend / API Engineers

You should:

Take ownership of features and architecture decisions
Be proactive and self-directed
Be genuinely interested in building a scalable SaaS platform
Startup experience is a plus, but strong technical ownership mindset is essential.
