Snap Fitness Peterborough is looking for an energetic and confident Front of House / Fitness Sales Advisor to join our team. This role is a 50/50 split between sales and gym operations, perfect for someone who loves fitness, people, and a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Calling and following up leads and members
- Selling memberships and giving gym tours
- Handling emails and basic admin
- Supporting local outreach and promotions
- Delivering gym inductions
- Assisting with or delivering fitness classes
- Completing gym resets and deep cleans
- Keeping the gym clean, safe, and welcoming
What We’re Looking For - Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification (essential)
- Confident communicator (in person, phone, and email)
- Sales-driven with a friendly, positive attitude
- Passion for fitness and helping others
- Reliable, organised, and a team player
