As a Team Member Plus, you will work on Monday and Fridays cleaning our accommodation and then will work as a lifeguard the rest of your contracted hours. If you have a previous lifeguard qualification that's brilliant, but we will also put you through your NPLQ course, giving you all the training you need to start your career in lifeguarding.
