Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Labourer to assist with a variety of construction tasks on-site. The ideal candidate will be motivated, willing to learn, and able to work well in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist tradespeople and site supervisors with daily tasks
Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
Operate hand tools and basic power tools (under supervision)
Prepare and clean up construction sites
Follow safety protocols and maintain a tidy work environment
Perform other general labour duties as required
Get to site by themselves
Requirements:
Previous experience in construction or general labour (preferred but not required)
Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Commitment to workplace health and safety
