Option 1: 4 days on / 4 days off – 05.30am – 17.30pm
Option 2: Monday to Friday, 06:30 AM – 18:30 PM
Contract Type: Full-Time, temp to perm
Weekend overtime available at advanced rate

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Labourer to join our team in Kent. The ideal candidate will hold a valid CSCS card and possess at least one of the following plant operator tickets:
Shovel Loader
Digger (Excavator)
Telehandler
Materials Handler
Additional tickets are advantage and may lead to increased responsibilities and pay.
Key Responsibilities
General Labouring: Assist with site preparation, material handling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Plant Operation: Operate machinery such as shovel loaders, diggers, telehandlers, and materials handlers safely and efficiently.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with site supervisors and other team members to ensure project timelines are met.
Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Essential:
Valid CSCS card.
At least one valid plant operator ticket (shovel loader, digger, telehandler, or materials handler).
Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment supplied).
Desirable:
Additional plant operator tickets.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Full UK driving license.
