You will be closely supported by an experienced operations team who will work directly with you to ensure a smooth and effective pre-opening and launch. The successful candidate will have extensive leadership experience in a pizza focused concept and be comfortable leading and training an effective kitchen team. Residents are provided with supported accommodation and meals in a homely atmosphere, looked after by a resident Housekeeper. THE VACANCY We currently have a vacancy to join our team who provide cover for the housekeeper and cook when she is on leave or otherwise unavailable. For this reason it is not possible to be precise about the number of hours or dates that will be required but we will endeavour to give as much notice as possible. The work involves preparing, cooking and serving the lunch and evening meal and clearing away afterwards. Lunch is served at 12:30pm and the evening meal at 5:30pm.
