We're seeking a reliable, hard working and passionate Sous Chef to join our team at one of South Londons finest restaurants, Fern.
Fern is a premium 'all-day' small plates and sharing concept.
Open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. With Breakfast on Saturdays, and a Roast on Sundays.
You will be passionate about preparing, cooking, and presenting fresh and seasonal produce. You will be a self-proclaimed ‘foodie and be able to thrive in high pressure environments. As Sous Chef you will be fully responsible for the running of the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence.
Fern is located directly opposite East Croydon Station which is ideal for those commuting via train, tram or bus.

This role would suit either an experienced Sous Chef, looking for a new and exciting challenge within a small but growing company, or a highly experienced CDP or Senior CDP, looking for an opportunity for progression.
