You’ll manage both business and personal affairs for the founder, ensuring their day-to-day operations run smoothly while supporting projects across multiple business areas. This role is designed for a detail-oriented individual who thrives under pressure and embraces variety. Key Responsibilities - Business Operations 1. Manage complex diaries and schedules, including international appointments. 2. Handle all forms of business correspondence across multiple time zones. 3. Organise international and domestic travel arrangements with detailed itineraries. 4. Oversee expense management. 5. Arrange, schedule and facilitate meetings with senior management. - Project Coordination 1. Support emerging projects in the UK, Middle East, and India, liaising with stakeholders across these regions. 2. Ensure all materials (e.g., marketing content, PR information) are prepared and aligned with deadlines. 3. Work alongside other departments such as Marketing and Operations to execute strategic initiatives. - Marketing & Event Support 1. Collaborate with the Marketing team on creative campaigns, activations and communication with restaurant teams. 2. Coordinate event planning and execution across multiple locations, ensuring every detail aligns with the brand’s ethos. - Personal and Family Support 1. Work alongside the founder’s Personal Assistant to coordinate personal responsibilities. 2. Liaise with domestic staff like the founder’s private driver to manage logistics seamlessly. MARCH/APRIL 25 START Full time Sous Chef required to join our well-established, friendly small kitchen team at dion St Paul's bar/restaurant overlooking St Paul's Cathedral. MONDAY-FRIDAY WITH OCCASIONAL SATURDAYS. Will be the 2nd most senior person in the kitchen with wide ranging responsibilities. Good experience is absolutely imperative along with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and most importantly ability to work as a team. Will work alongside the executive chef to create new dishes for our menu on a seasonal basis. Assist the head chef in managing the other kitchen staff. Help with preparation work before meal services. Requires someone competent with all food and general health and safety requirements. Monitor inventory and ordering as needed.
