Due to expansion (mainly in home automation sector) we looking to permanently hire Electrician's Mates, we have few positions available. You will be employed via CIS rules. Minimum day rate £140. If you are experienced in electrical field we can discuss your rate. Training, Tools, Vans & fuel are provided or you will be compensated if using your own vehicle. Assistant Gardner Vaccancy Location : Peaslake, Surrey About us We are a family run house with a 2 acre garden including a vineyard, vegetable beds, greenhouse, formal lawns, rose borders and herbaceous borders. We also own the local pub and 2 cottages which we maintain with the help of the head gardener. Roles and responsibilities To undertake routine maintenance including lawn cutting, planting, seeding, border clearing and winter work. This is a hands-on role involving basic gardening labour. Ideal for people who like the outdoors and staying active. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. Requirements Physical ability for outdoor labour. Enjoy working outside in all types on weather. Ideally some qualifications in horticulture and experience in garden maintenance. Salary Hours 8am-4pm. Monday – Friday with the option of overtime in the Summer.

MATERIALS TESTING TECHNICIAN TCS Ltd is looking to recruit a Materials Testing Technician. The main duties of the role are; Calling Client Contacts on Site each morning to determine the exact time they need to be onsite in order to make Cubes Organising the route taken each day for their schedule of onsite jobs in order to complete all tasks and return all Cubes collected to the laboratory in Old Woking Completing paperwork on site legibly and neatly Breaking out all manufactured Cubes from Cube moulds each day Keeping the company van in a clean and tidy condition Full Training will be provided however applicants require; A clean driving licence. An ability and willingness to learn as the role has the scope to increase to include pile integrity testing, plate bearing testing and other onsite testing. Be able to project a positive image of TCS Ltd. Be able to manually handle concrete test cubes Be able to work on their own initiative and be punctual To have a positive attitude towards team work Be able to effectively communicate with clients and their contacts on site A flexible approach to working overtime and some weekends (Saturdays)

Obviously don't need someone to cover all trades but 2 or 3 of the following would work well for us; Bricklaying, carpentry, plastering, decorating, tiling, flooring, paving etc
