  We are looking for hard-working, reliable and experienced Handymen to join our team on a self-employed basis, carrying out a wide range of property repairs and maintenance jobs across London. The Role You will be responsible for attending properties daily and completing a variety of maintenance and repair works, including: • Painting and decorating, • Carpentry and joinery, • Plumbing repairs, • General handyman works, • Basic electrical repairs and maintenance, • Property repairs and maintenance, • General snagging and finishing works You will be required to travel throughout London, so a flexible approach to travel and a strong work ethic are essential. Requirements • Previous experience working as a Handyman or Maintenance Operative, • Competent across multiple trades, including painting, carpentry, plumbing and general repairs, • Electrical experience is desirable, • Full UK driving licence, • No more than 6 penalty points, • Reliable, punctual and hardworking, • Able to work independently and manage a daily workload, • Good communication and customer service skills, • Own tools suitable for general maintenance work, • Right to work in the UK, • Self-employed status Vehicle A company van is available for weekly hire for suitable candidates. Alternatively, you must be able to provide your own suitable van for carrying out the work. A Level 3 qualification is preferred, although experienced Technicians without formal qualifications will be considered.
