Handyman / Maintenance Operative – Full Time
We are currently looking for an experienced Handyman / Maintenance Operative to join our Agency.
⚠️ Please note: Only candidates with relevant maintenance experience who can work full time will be considered.

Working Hours

• Full-time position
• Rota-based schedule Monday – Sunday
• 09:00 – 17:30 shifts
  Job Description
• Perform a wide range of maintenance duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment.
• Ensure the hotel remains a safe, functional and pleasant environment for guests and staff.
• Complete maintenance projects and general repair tasks in line with hotel standards.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and regular safety inspections across the property.
• Supervise contractors on site to ensure legal and company compliance.
• Support and contribute to the Health & Safety procedures on site.
  Requirements
• Proven maintenance or handyman experience.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to use tools such as hammers, drills, saws, hoists and wrenches.
• Experience performing routine maintenance and repairs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and stay focused on tasks.
• Good time management skills.
