Key Responsibilities • Beverage & Food Preparation: Craft coffee, teas, and specialty drinks to high standards, assisting with light food prep when needed., • Customer Experience: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, operate the till, and maintain a friendly café atmosphere., • Operational Excellence: Keep the coffee station, seating area, and food prep spaces immaculately clean while upholding strict hygiene and safety standards., • Smooth Business Support: Manage order flow efficiently during peak hours to ensure fast, reliable service without compromising quality.
