We are looking for an experienced and passionate HEAD BARISTA to lead our café team and ensure excellence in every cup, every dessert, and every customer interaction. Your day-to-day will include… • Leading and coordinating the café team to ensure top-quality coffee, tea, and dessert preparation., • Ensuring compliance with quality standards, hygiene protocols, and food safety regulations within the café area., • Planning and organizing café operations to optimize time, workflow, and resources., • Training, mentoring, and motivating the team to foster a collaborative, engaged, and high-performing environment., • Supporting the front-of-house team when needed, contributing to smooth service and great guest experiences. Skills & Qualifications • Proven experience as a Head Barista or in a similar role, ideally in high-volume environments., • Genuine passion for coffee, healthy food, sustainability, and environmental responsibility., • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams., • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic setting., • Availability to work in Madrid., • Team player mindset you enjoy collaborating and supporting others whenever needed.
