The Waeccer in Great Wakering is seeking a talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating., • Develop and maintain menu items, ensuring quality and consistency., • Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment., • Control food costs and inventory., • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
