The successful candidate will have extensive experience of managing a premium restaurant or food-led bar which consistently delivers great results and will possess the personality traits and skills needed to deliver an outstanding guest experience, manage a profitable business, and lead a happy, effective, and well-trained team. Trickle will be the ’new thing’ in croydon. Focusing on freshly made, premium Neapolitan pizzas and sides, and a drink offering that centres around a wide range of expertly curated draught cocktails, wine and beer. You will be closely supported by an experienced operations team who will work directly with you to ensure a smooth and effective pre-opening and launch. The successful candidate will have extensive leadership experience in a pizza focused concept and be comfortable leading and training an effective kitchen team. Ensuring full adherence of food safety processes and company procedures. Residents are provided with supported accommodation and meals in a homely atmosphere, looked after by a resident Housekeeper. THE VACANCY We currently have a vacancy to join our team who provide cover for the housekeeper and cook when she is on leave or otherwise unavailable. For this reason it is not possible to be precise about the number of hours or dates that will be required but we will endeavour to give as much notice as possible. The work involves preparing, cooking and serving the lunch and evening meal and clearing away afterwards. Lunch is served at 12:30pm and the evening meal at 5:30pm. We have a well-equipped kitchen and will provide you with all the help you need to get started.
