We seek a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to needy individuals. The role involves supporting healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care to patients in various settings, including home and care homes.

- Assist in the implementation of care plans under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure coordinated care delivery.
- Provide support with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility assistance.
- Drive to different locations as required for home visits or patient transfers.
- Utilise IT systems for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment to ensure the comfort and safety of patients.
- Qualifications:
- Proficient in English language skills, both written and verbal. (ESSENTIAL)
- Previous experience in home care or care home settings is advantageous.
- Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions from healthcare professionals.
- Possession of a valid driving license for patient transportation purposes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards patients requiring care.
- Basic IT skills for electronic record keeping and communication purposes.
