As our Chef, you will play a key role in creating fresh, flavorful Italian cuisine, with a particular emphasis on handmade and classic pasta dishes. You’ll be involved in daily food preparation, cooking during service, and maintaining the high standards our guests expect. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and cook a range of traditional and modern Italian pasta dishes, • Work with fresh ingredients, including making pasta dough and sauces from scratch, • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes, • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene, • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service, • Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials
