Key Responsibilities and Duties Guest Greeting and Seating: Welcoming guests warmly upon arrival, managing the, and walking them to their tables. Reservation Management: Handling phone, online, and in-person bookings, including confirming details and managing walk-ins. Floor Control: Managing the dining room flow, balancing the workload among servers, and ensuring efficient turnover of tables. Wait Time Management: Providing accurate, honest wait times to guests to maintain a positive experience. Customer Service: Acting as the initial contact for customer feedback, questions, or special requests, such as high chairs. Side Work: Maintaining the cleanliness of the entrance area, organizing menus, and sometimes assisting with tasks like rolling silverware.

This is a key front-of-house role responsible for creating a warm first impression while maintaining strong control of the door during busy service periods, especially throughout the summer season. Working alongside the security team, you will manage guest flow, uphold venue standards and make professional decisions on entry, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional hospitality from the moment they arrive.
