Workplace Host Birmingham City Centre Salary basic £29,000 and benefits Role purpose To actively deliver the Workplace experience across the Regional Corporate Portfolio that ensures we are offering a First-Class service by building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with the client, customers and vendors. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily walk arounds logging any faults or issues with the Helpdesk. Track & manage all open jobs through to final completion. Quality check paperwork to ensure compliance and audit satisfaction. Ensure excellent communication by attending operational meetings with the team. Point of contact for FM services including maintenance, repairs, fabric works & requirements.
