The Role The role of the Housekeeping Attendant involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the hotel rooms. Key tasks include: • Working independently to ensure cleanliness and presentation., • Replenishing guest room and bathroom supplies., • Vacuuming, cleaning surfaces, and maintaining furniture and equipment., • Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms., • Reporting maintenance issues and supply needs., • Completing periodic cleaning tasks., • Adhering to health and safety guidelines. This is a full-time role, based on a weekly schedule. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across accommodation and communal areas onboard offshore vessels. Key Responsibilities • Cleaning cabins, bathrooms and communal areas, • Cleaning kitchens and dining areas, • Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors, • Emptying bins and removing waste, • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, • Following health and safety procedures, • Working effectively as part of a team What We Offer • £4,000–£5,000 per rotation, • 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, • Full training provided, • Accommodation and meals onboard, subject to vessel arrangements, • Long-term opportunities for suitable candidates Previous cleaning or offshore experience is preferred but not essential. Key Responsibilities • General Cleaning: Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping all main living areas, bedrooms, and hallways., • Bathroom & Kitchen Care: Deep cleaning, sanitizing counters and fixtures, cleaning appliances, and emptying trash/recycling., • Laundry & Linens: Washing, folding, and putting away clothes; changing bed linens and bath towels weekly., • Organization: Keeping common spaces tidy and assisting with light home organisation as needed., • Supply Tracking: Monitoring cleaning supplies and notifying the homeowner when restocks are needed. Requirements & Qualifications • Proven experience as a residential housekeeper or cleaner (references required)., • Strong attention to detail and thorough cleaning habits., • Self-motivated, punctual, and able to manage time effectively., • Respect for privacy and confidentiality.
