Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Housekeeper to uphold our high standards. This role involves all aspects of property upkeep, from routine cleaning to more detailed deep cleans and maintenance checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties including mopping floors, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning surfaces.
- Conduct deep cleans, including steam cleaning, oven cleaning, and descaling appliances.
- Manage handover cleans for new tenants, ensuring properties are immaculate.
- Move and clean beneath furniture, ensuring all areas are spotless.
- Maintain shower drains and other appliances to prevent blockages.
- Perform external tasks such as sweeping pathways and maintaining the grounds.
- Carry out property maintenance checks and report any issues.
- Produce clear and accurate reports on property conditions.
- Manage cleaning equipment, submitting requests for replenishments when necessary.
** Ideal Candidate:**
- Previous experience in housekeeping, facilities management, or similar roles preferred.
- Familiarity with a range of cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Well-presented, professional, and enthusiastic.
- Physically capable of moving furniture and carrying out demanding cleaning tasks.
- Local to Lincoln or able to commute. A driving license is desirable.
