Senior Project Manager (Estates & Compliance) | Lincoln | £50k – £55k + Car Allowance A well established project management consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of projects with a strong focus on estates, compliance and data-driven programmes. Working closely with senior leadership and client-side teams, this role will play a key part in ensuring projects are delivered effectively across repairs, compliance and capital works, with a particular emphasis on accuracy of data, operational delivery and stakeholder engagement. This opportunity would suit a Senior Project Manager with experience in estates, property services or regulated environments, who is looking for a broad, visible role with real impact. The Role • Leading projects across the full lifecycle from inception through to completion, • Supporting delivery of compliance-led programmes, including areas such as electrical, ventilation or building safety, • Working closely with estates and operational teams to ensure repairs and compliance activities are effectively delivered and recorded, • Ensuring accuracy and integrity of compliance data and systems, supporting audit readiness, • Developing and managing project briefs, programmes and delivery plans, • Managing risks, budgets and resources across multiple projects, • Providing clear and structured reporting to senior stakeholders, • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, offering both technical and delivery support, • Managing contractors, consultants and internal teams, • Supporting successful project close out, including defects and handover Experience Required • Proven experience operating at Project Manager or Senior Project Manager level, • Background within estates, property services, construction or regulated environments, • Strong understanding of compliance, statutory services or operational delivery, • Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments, including senior level engagement, • Ability to manage projects, contractors and delivery teams effectively, • Strong organisational and reporting skills, • Comfortable working with data, systems and compliance records, • Experience within Healthcare, Education or Public Sector environments would be advantageous Qualifications • Project Management qualification (APM or equivalent) Please apply now or contact Claire Harrison at claire.harrison@dawsonjones.co.uk for more information.
