Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a similar high-end or fine dining environment
  • Strong interest and basic knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, particularly Southern French
  • Passion for high-quality ingredients and attention to detail
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Assist in supervising sections during service
  • Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation
  • Help manage stock rotation and maintain kitchen organisation
  • Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards
