Key Responsibilities: • Creative input for new dishes, specials & menu creation using local, seasonal, fresh ingredients, • Be well presented with excellent time keeping. We are currently looking for Baker Sous Chef to join the brigade at our state of the art, exceptionally equipped production kitchen located near Battersea.
