We’ve built a £18m+ per year, multi-brand e-commerce business with 9 private-label brands across home, garden, outdoors, kitchen and travel, powered primarily by a strong Amazon operation (Vendor + Seller). Now we’re deliberately expanding beyond Amazon. TikTok Shop, Temu and B&Q Marketplace are strategic growth channels for us — not experiments. This role exists to help build those channels from early-stage scale into meaningful revenue drivers. The Opportunity This is a high-visibility role working directly with the founders and senior leadership team. You won’t be buried in a large hierarchy. You’ll have: • Direct input into marketplace strategy, • Real ownership of performance and growth What You’ll Be Doing • Build & Scale New Marketplaces, • Take ownership of TikTok Shop, Temu and B&Q Marketplace, • Turn these channels from early-stage growth into scalable revenue streams, • Decide what to launch, how to price, how to promote and how to scale, • Manage eBay as a secondary channel TikTok Shop & Social Commerce • Lead TikTok Shop growth end-to-end:, • Affiliates, creators and partnerships, • Live shopping strategy, • Paid ads and promotional campaigns, • Test, learn and double down on what converts Commercial & Data Ownership • Own channel KPIs, revenue and profitability, • Analyse performance and make fast, data-led decisions, • Work closely with founders on growth strategy and priorities Team & Future Growth • Manage and develop a small marketplace team, • Help shape SOPs, reporting and best practice, • Progress into a more senior role as marketplaces scale Who This Role Is For • You have 1–2 years’ marketplace experience (brand-side or agency), • You’re ambitious and want responsibility, not just tasks, • You’re analytical, commercial and comfortable with numbers, • You want exposure to founders and senior decision-making, • You’re excited by building something, not just maintaining it What You Need Essential • Hands-on experience with online marketplaces, • 1+ year experience in growing brands on TikTok Shop, • Analytical mindset and confidence with data, • Based in London with the right to work in the UK Highly Desirable • Experience with Temu and/or B&Q Marketplace, • Experience scaling newer or emerging channels PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TIKTOK SHOP EXPERIENCE What You’ll Get • £25,000–£40,000 salary depending on experience, • Quarterly performance bonus linked to real KPIs, • Hybrid working (3 days West London office), • Direct access to founders and senior leadership, • Fast progression as channels scale, • A chance to genuinely shape the future of the business
