
We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of our newly renovated restaurant in the heart of Marylebone, London. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the opening team and help shape an exciting new concept that will operate as its own distinct brand within the hotel.
As Head Chef, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day kitchen operation, leading lunch and dinner service while also overseeing the wider food offering, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and in-room dining. You will play a key role in menu development, building and leading the kitchen team, maintaining food quality, overseeing service, and ensuring efficient and well-organised kitchen operations.
We are looking for a passionate and motivated chef who combines creativity with strong leadership and operational discipline. The ideal candidate will have experience leading busy kitchens, maintaining high standards and consistency across multiple service periods, and creating a positive and professional team environment.

Salary and Benefits
Base Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
Bonus: Discretionary performance related bonus
Holiday: 28 days paid holiday per annum inclusive of public holidays, subject to company policy
