We're looking for an experienced Barista to lead the floor at our Redchurch Street site - a specialty coffee and matcha destination built around craft, quality, and a fast-paced grab-and-go energy. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows their way around a portafilter and a matcha whisk equally well, and who can run a shift with confidence when the owner isn't on site. Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment within a high-volume corporate catering operation. Operate commercial dishwashing equipment, sanitise cookware and ensure a continuous supply of clean kitchen equipment. Maintain high hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP, COSHH and health and safety regulations. Complete daily and weekly deep-cleaning schedules, manage waste and recycling, and handle cleaning chemicals safely. Assist with deliveries, stock control, storage organisation and FIFO stock rotation. Support chefs with basic food preparation during busy service periods. Keep back-of-house areas, corridors and loading bays clear of hazards, and promptly report equipment faults or maintenance issues to management.
