We're looking for a passionate Viennoiserie Baker to join Ottolenghi's Central Production Unit and play an important role in creating our signature range of viennoiserie. This is a hands-on position where you'll prepare doughs from scratch, shape and bake pastries, and ensure every product meets our renowned standards for quality and consistency.
