Main Duties - To manage the team of Kitchen Porters. - To ensure all duties are completed within required time frames. - To comply with all rules and regulations which are in place regarding food hygiene and health & safety practices, including COSHH. - To ensure kitchen waste is disposed of in a responsible manner and in line with company policy and local council regulations to assume responsibility for the Health & Safety management in restaurants, including risk assessments, statutory training for staff To be aware of, and comply with, safe working practices as laid down under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and Company H&S Manual, as applicable to your place of work. This will include your awareness of any specific hazards at your workplace To report any faulty equipment, furniture, walls, ceilings and floors in all areas of responsibility to the GM/Head Chef/ Maintenance. We are looking for a capable kitchen porter to maintain the sections of the business and also support the chefs with vegetable prep, putting away deliveries and cleaning during the busier months. Role will include a mixture of mornings and evenings, you will need to clean up and maintain the machines and chemicals - training will be provided. We're looking for Kitchen porter/ kitchen assistant with at least 1 year of experience Good english is necessary!

Start the day by changing the oil in the fryers and putting away deliveries. Before opening help with minor prep jobs such as filling sauce bottles, cutting fries ect, as well as cleaning equipment used for prep. From the start of service till closing the focus is mainly on cleaning and helping the kitchen when required. Hours: Full time (35-40hrs) Pay: £11.50 + tips (£2-3/hr)

Kitchen Assistant. Lunch shift 11am-2:40pm. Dinner shift 4:40pm-10pm. Tuesday to Sunday. Part time shifts based on availability
