This is a key role supporting the Head Chef — responsible for keeping the kitchen running smoothly from open to close. You’ll take ownership of cleanliness, organisation, and daily setup, while supporting prep and stepping in where needed during busy periods. This role suits someone who takes pride in standards, works with pace, and can be trusted to run the basics right every single day.
