Job title: Kitchen Porter and Waiter / Waitress
Responsibilities
(Kitchen Porter)
- Assist with food preparation tasks
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors and wipe down surfaces and walls
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment including washing dishes, utensils and equipment
- Assist with inventory control, stocking, supplies and taking out the trash.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with plating and presentation as needed.
