As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of food preparation and hygiene. Key responsibilities include: • Assisting chefs with food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients., • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing workstations, and cleaning equipment., • Storing food supplies properly and managing inventory to minimize waste., • Supporting the smooth running of the kitchen by organizing equipment and ensuring supplies are readily available., • Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
