Please note that this role is during the night, and applicants must be able to commute to Alperton, Wembley for this role. Responsibilities: Making up to 200 - 400 afternoon tea sandwiches / wraps per day Prepare fresh sandwiches and wraps to a high standard Assembling sandwiches / wraps according to customer specifications and menu guidelines. To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers Making outstanding quality food that is 'picture perfect' every time Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standard Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and portion control. Maintain strict food hygiene and safety practices Assist kitchen team with basic prep and cleaning Keep workstations and equipment clean, tidy and well-organised Managing your own prep, service and clean down Support stock rotation and help manage deliveries Follow kitchen SOP’s and hygiene procedures. Based in a ghost kitchen, this is a hands on role ideal for someone confident working independently and managing all aspects of kitchen operations during evening service. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, packing, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. You'll be working solo during shifts and closely supported by the owner during initial training.
