Key Responsibilities: • Perform high-quality alterations including trouser/skirt hemming, tapering, waist adjustments, and zip replacements., • Execute complex repairs such as coat lining replacements, jacket alterations, and delicate fabric handling (silk, eveningwear)., • Interact professionally with retail customers to pin, measure, and advise on fits when required., • Maintain a fast, organized turnaround to meet dry cleaning collection deadlines (24-48 hours). Requirements: • Minimum 3+ years of professional clothing alteration or tailoring experience (dry cleaners or bridal studio background is highly preferred)., • Proficient with industrial straight-stitch sewing machines and overlockers., • Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-facing manner., • Must have the permanent right to work in the UK., • Undertake all laundry, laundrette & dry cleaning tasks as required., • Work across our multiple branches Benefits: • Steady, guaranteed full-time hours (no seasonal freelance gaps)., • Clean, bright, modern working environment., • 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays).
