Role Overview We are seeking a Registered Manager with a passion for quality care, leadership, and business development. This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for an experienced care professional looking to supplement their income while playing a key role in an expanding care provider. This role is commission-based, making it perfect for a results-driven leader who is entrepreneurial, proactive, and focused on client acquisition and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the home care service, ensuring the highest standards of care. Lead CQC registration and compliance, maintaining full regulatory alignment. Develop and implement care policies to uphold best practices. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and key stakeholders. Drive business growth by identifying new client opportunities and contracts. Recruit, manage, and train care staff, fostering a culture of excellence. ✅ Requirements Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) – Essential.
