Lead with impact.This is an exciting time to join Accent.Were making significant investment in our homes, assets, and compliance services, strengthening our commitment to providing safe, high-quality, and sustainable homes for our customers across a national portfolio.Were now looking for an exceptional leader to join us as Assistant Director of Compliance & Building Safety - a critical role that will shape how we deliver safety, compliance, and customer assurance across our organisation.About the RoleAs our Assistant Director of Compliance and Building Safety, youll provide strategic and operational leadership across compliance, building safety, and managing agent services.Youll ensure we meet and exceed our regulatory obligations while delivering excellent, customer-focused safety services.From leading compliance programmes to shaping our Building a Safer Future approach, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring every customer feels safe in their home.What Youll Be DoingLeading our approach to asset compliance and building safety, covering gas, electrical, fire, asbestos, legionella, lifts, and moreEnsuring 100% compliance through robust systems, data (the golden thread), and performance monitoringDriving a zero-tolerance culture for health and safety risksOverseeing procurement and contract management, ensuring strong performance and value for moneyActing as a key contact with the Building Safety RegulatorDeveloping KPIs and early warning indicators to manage and improve performanceLeading high-performing teams and supply chains, embedding a culture of accountability and continuous improvementManaging budgets and ensuring efficient, cost-effective deliverySupporting delivery of our Asset Management Strategy and long-term investment plansWhy Join Us?Youll join Accent at a pivotal time, as we continue our transformation journey with significant investment in our assets, systems, and compliance approach.
