We are an all day and night serving PARLOUR, with wonderful comforting and innovative food from Chef/Owner Jessie Dunford Wood Open for brunch, lunch and dinner 7 days a week Dishes range from award winning full English breakfasts to epic Cow pies & Chicken Kyivs, plus many other seasonal creative dishes which change weekly. Desserts range from Artic Rolls & toasted marshmallows and Wagon Wheel to finish We would like someone who wants to learn fish and meat butchery, chocolate making, dealing with smoked and cured salmon whilst enjoying old school team work Everything including the bread is made in house everyday so the ideal candidate would need to be able to work in a fast paced every changing environment The position would really suit someone who is local to the area, or that travel would not be too much of a problem. 3 days off a week Must have a love for good food, be focused and driven Must be a team player and love what you do A knowledge of British Classics is preferred but not essential

We are now looking for a Sous Chef to join the team! Somebody with experience, who is confident, driven and with a love for good food. A knowledge of British Classic is preferred but not essential. Passion is key, but we also need someone with a strong grasp of English language. We can offer you the usual holidays, Christmas and New Year off (!), competitive pay depending on experience, training and development.
