BAO is looking for a supervisor for our new concept who is adept at multitasking and ready to handle different kinds of duties. The new concept is different from all BAO restaurants today, so we are building a squad of solid people to bring the new concept to the public! The primary focus of this role is to support your manager with the daily operations, including people, profit oversight, stock management and so on. You will act as the Manager’s trusted ally and the team’s reliable leader. In the Manager’s absence, you will oversee the operations and could be considered a strong candidate for future advancement. This role is very hands-on, where you’ll actively engage in multiple tasks and closely work with the tight-knit team, to ensure that all cleaning and operational standards are consistently met. Flexibility with your schedule may be required, including evenings and weekends. Following a trip to Erchen’s homeland Taiwan, and having an mind bending experience when eating Gua Bao, the trio came back to London to perfect the Bao recipe and kick-started BAO as a street food stall in East London in back 2013 to now 7 restaurants across Central London.
