Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or related industries. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Experience in developing and executing marketing and outreach strategies. Self-starter with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, medical professionals, and community leaders. A genuine interest in healthcare, particularly in ear health and wellness, is a plus. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
