We are seeking a dedicated and organised Lettings Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team at our Ormskirk Estate Agency Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lettings process, liaising with prospective tenants and landlords, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the rental cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end lettings process, including advertising available properties and organising viewings
  • Liaise effectively with prospective tenants and landlords to answer queries and provide information
  • Coordinate property inspections, tenancy agreements, and move-in/move-out procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities and update relevant databases (Vebra Alto) regularly
  • Assist in resolving tenant issues promptly and professionally
  • Support the team with administrative tasks such as preparing documentation, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies throughout all stages of the lettings process

Experience

  • Previous administrative experience within the residential lettings sector is essential
  • Experience of Vebra Alto is highly desirable, as is an understanding of the Renters Rights act.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise confidently with clients and team members
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to work independently whilst maintaining attention to detail
