We’re looking for a talented Line Chef to join our team in a busy, modern Food Hall environment. Our unit serves a small, focused, high-quality BBQ menu — think perfectly smoked meats, bold flavours, and fast service done right.
This role is ideal for someone who loves great food, takes pride in their craft, and can handle a station with confidence — including times when you’ll be working independently and unsupervised.


What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and serve our signature BBQ items to a high, consistent standard
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, open-kitchen setting
  • Manage your section confidently during quieter periods or when working solo
  • Support stock checks, prep, and daily set-up/close-down routines


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Line Chef, Grill Chef, or similar kitchen role
  • Confidence working both as part of a small team and independently
  • A real passion for BBQ, smoked meats, and quality ingredients
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive “get it done” attitude
  • Strong awareness of kitchen cleanliness and food safety
  • Ability to maintain consistency even during peak times
