This is a full-time, permanent role, working any 5 from 7, with opportunities available across both AM (06:00 – 14:00) and PM (14:00 – 22:00) shifts. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you'll play a key role within the site management team, leading Warehouse Colleagues and Warehouse Administrators to ensure the consistent achievement of operational KPIs while delivering outstanding customer service. \n \n Pay, benefits and more: \n \n We're offering a salary of £35,000 per annum for the AM shift and £37,000 per annum for the PM shift, alongside 33 days annual leave. What You’ll Receive • Basic rate: £12.93 per hour, • Freezer premium: an additional £1.00 per hour, • Night-shift premium between midnight and 06:00: an additional £2.67 per hour, • Overtime paid at 1.25x the basic rate You can also increase your earnings through our performance-based incentive scheme, where higher performers can receive additional hourly premiums.
