What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, from opening to closing
Lead, train, and motivate front and back-of-house staff
Ensure top-quality customer service and satisfaction
Manage scheduling, inventory, and ordering
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and health standards
Work with ownership to meet financial and operational goals
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team culture
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Passion for food, people, and delivering great service
