Full job description This is a full-time permanent role, with a basic salary ranging from £30,000 to £55,000 (depending on your experience and productivity level), plus overtime for those who wish to work additional hours. Key Responsibilities: Carry out inspections, repairs and services to the highest of standards within scheduled times, meeting company standards. Making sure all necessary Vehicle Health Checks are completed accurately. Take responsibility for ensuring all jobs are completed to a good standard. Replace components, parts, lubricants and consumables and record usage. Adhere to strict Health and safety guidelines at all times. Minimum Requirements: Minimum NVQ level qualification (or equivalent). The capability to work within a highly successful team. MOT Card preferable but not essential. A full UK driving licence is essential. 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays). Opportunity to be trained as an MOT tester.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Maintenance and should have a background either as a skilled handyman or as maintenance assistant and bring energy, initiative, and a problem-solving mindset to every task. Key responsibilities: • Support day-to-day maintenance needs across all three restaurant sites., • Carry out basic repairs including plumbing, electrics, carpentry, and decoration., • Source and collect materials or parts needed for tasks., • Maintain workshop tools and stock, ensuring efficient organisation., • Support with larger projects such as equipment installation or overnight works., • Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and with minimal disruption. About you: • Hands-on experience with plumbing and electrical repairs., • Competent in using hand and power tools (e.g. drills, angle grinders, multi-tools)., • Skilled in painting and decorating, with a keen eye for detail., • Familiar with commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, refrigeration, and gas systems., • Organized and proactive, with good time management and communication skills.
