The ideal candidate will come from an engineering background and should be able to work on their own initiative, be a time served engineer with a mechanical bias, but ideally multi-skilled and have automated manufacturing experience. Also, able, and willing to be involved in general mechanical work on pneumatics, hydraulics, gearboxes other manufacturing heavy machinery. There is a huge amount of training on offer, so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably. The Role: You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure on-time delivery, quality standards, and efficiency targets are achieved while maintaining safety standards.
