Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their luggage as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the lobby and common areas.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or functions held within the hotel.
Ensure that all guest requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
Monitor the condition of facilities and report any maintenance issues to management.
Uphold high standards of professionalism in all interactions, including phone etiquette.
Experience
Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred but not mandatory.
Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette are essential.
A background in hotel operations or related fields will be advantageous but not required.
