We’re looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead day-to-day operations, inspire a dedicated team, and deliver high-quality early years education within a safe and nurturing environment.
What we’re looking for:
✔️ Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Nursery Manager role
✔️ Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
✔️ Strong knowledge of the Montessori approach
✔️ Confident leader with excellent communication skills
✔️ Passionate about child development, safeguarding, and quality care
