Location: Essex Based - Hybrid. mixed office and Home working
Hours: Part-time ideally 9.30am-2.30pm but can do 10am-2pm

Key Responsibilities
General Administration: Managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence with clients and suppliers.
Scheduling & Coordination: Booking appointments and maintaining the engineers' work schedules.
Data Management: Updating CRM systems, processing invoices, and managing client records.
Customer Support: Assisting customers with inquiries and providing updates on ongoing work.
Stock Control: Ordering supplies and ensuring all materials are available for scheduled jobs.
What We're Looking For
Skills:
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
